BarnPro Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of BarnPro, a barn management app and website operated by Top Line Coaching LLC. Effective date: November 6, 2026.

1. Acceptance and eligibility

By creating an account or using BarnPro on iOS, Android, or the web, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy at https://www.equihealth.net/bp-privacy-policy. If you do not agree, do not use BarnPro.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live. If you use BarnPro for a barn or other business, you confirm that you have authority to accept these Terms on its behalf.

2. Accounts, roles, and barns

You are responsible for the information you give us and for keeping your sign-in details (your password and any one-time email codes) secure. Do not share your account. You are responsible for all activity under it, and you should tell us promptly at notifications@equihealth.net if you think someone has used it without permission.

BarnPro is organized around barns. A barn has an owner and can include administrators, managers, staff, and horse owners (clients). What each person can see and do depends on their role.

The person who creates a barn is its owner and is responsible for the people they invite, for the roles they assign, and for making sure everyone in the barn has agreed to these Terms before using it.

3. What BarnPro is and is not

BarnPro is a tool for running a barn: horse records, feeding and care information, schedules and chores, training sessions and comments, staff hours, and team and client contacts. It is not veterinary advice, and it does not replace a veterinarian, farrier, or other qualified professional. In an emergency, contact your veterinarian right away.

BarnPro is also not a payroll, accounting, or legal service. Work logs and staff hours are records you enter, and you are responsible for complying with any wage, hour, and employment laws that apply to your barn.

Schedules, reminders, and push notifications depend on your device, its settings, and your network connection, so they can be delayed or may not arrive. Do not rely on BarnPro alone for critical tasks such as medication, feeding, or turnout.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you and your team enter.

4. Subscriptions and billing

BarnPro offers a Free plan and a paid Premium plan. Which features each plan includes is described in the app and on our website, and we may adjust plan features over time. Some early subscribers may have legacy access on terms we have told them about.

You can subscribe to Pro in the way that suits where you are using BarnPro: through Apple in-app purchase on iOS, through Google Play on Android, or by card on our website, where Stripe processes the payment. Your Pro status follows your account on every platform, whichever way you paid. Prices are shown before you confirm a purchase.

  • Renewal. Pro renews automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or annually, depending on the option you choose) until you cancel.
  • Cancellation. Cancel with the same service that bills you: your Apple ID subscription settings, Google Play subscription settings, or your account's subscription settings on our website. You keep Pro access until the end of the period you already paid for. Deleting the app or your account does not cancel a subscription billed by Apple or Google.
  • Refunds. Purchases made through Apple or Google are refunded by them under their policies. Website payments are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise.
  • Price changes. If we change the price, the new price applies from your next renewal, and we will tell you before it takes effect.
  • Failed payments. If a payment fails and is not resolved, your account may return to the Free plan.
  • When Pro ends. Your data stays in your account. Pro-only features stop working until you resubscribe.

5. Your content and barn data

You own the content you put into BarnPro, including horse profiles, feeding and care information, schedules, training sessions and comments, work logs, photos, and documents. For content a barn owner enters, the barn owner controls it, and members agree that their entries in a barn belong to that barn's records. You give Top Line Coaching LLC a limited license to host, store, process, and display content only as needed to run BarnPro for you and for the people in your barn. We do not sell your content.

You confirm that you have the right to upload what you add, and that you will not upload other people's private information without their permission.

Uploaded files. Photos and documents you upload are stored with our storage provider and may be reachable by anyone who has the exact file address. Do not upload files containing highly sensitive personal information, such as government ID numbers or payment details.

Your data. You can export many of your records from the app or website, and you can delete your account at any time (see Section 9).

6. Team members, horse owners, and personal information

BarnPro lets barns invite staff and horse owners by email. An invitation only takes effect when the person accepts it, and the barn owner can remove a person from the barn at any time.

BarnPro may hold personal information about the people in a barn, such as names, contact details, work hours, and emergency contacts. Staff enter their own emergency contact information, and barn administrators and managers can view it. Horse owners' contact and emergency details are visible to the barn according to each person's role.

If you enter information about another person, such as an emergency contact, you confirm that you have their permission. Barn owners, administrators, and managers agree to use this information only to run the barn and to keep people and horses safe, and to keep it confidential.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • use BarnPro for anything unlawful or to harm, harass, or impersonate others, including through invitations, comments, or messages;
  • try to access accounts, barns, data, or systems that are not yours, or probe, disrupt, or overload the service;
  • scrape, copy, or resell BarnPro or its data, or reverse engineer it except where the law allows;
  • upload malware or content you do not have the right to share;
  • work around plan limits or other restrictions.

We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.

8. Third-party services

BarnPro relies on outside providers for hosting, data storage, payments (Apple, Google, and Stripe), email delivery, and push notifications. Their terms apply to their services, and we are not responsible for their acts or outages.

If you download BarnPro from the Apple App Store or Google Play, those stores' terms also apply. Apple and Google are not parties to these Terms and have no duty to provide support or maintenance for BarnPro.

9. Termination and account deletion

You can stop using BarnPro at any time and delete your account from within the app or website, or by emailing notifications@equihealth.net.

If you delete the account of a barn owner, the barn and its records may be deleted for everyone in it, so export what you need first. If you delete the account of a member, we remove that person's account and profile. Records that other people in the barn rely on may remain in the barn. We make reasonable efforts to remove files you uploaded. Some information may remain briefly in backups or where we are legally required to keep it.

Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription billed by Apple or Google; cancel it with them.

We may suspend or end your access if you break these Terms, if we must for security or legal reasons, or if we stop offering BarnPro. Where practical, we will tell you first.

Sections that by their nature should continue after your account ends, including content ownership, disclaimers, limits of liability, and governing law, continue to apply.

10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

BarnPro is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent the law allows, Top Line Coaching LLC disclaims all warranties, including that BarnPro will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose. We are not responsible for the health or condition of any animal, for injuries at a barn, for staffing, scheduling, or employment decisions you make using the app, or for missed or delayed reminders.

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim relating to BarnPro is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or $75.

You agree to cover claims and costs arising from your misuse of BarnPro or your breach of these Terms.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights or liability that cannot be limited by law, including mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live.

11. Changes, governing law, and contact

We may update these Terms. If a change is significant, we will notify you by email or in the app before it takes effect. If you keep using BarnPro after the effective date, you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Lubbock County, Texas, unless the law of your home country gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere. If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect.
