EquiHealth App Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of EquiHealth App (also known as “EquiHealth”), a horse health tracking app and website operated by Top Line Coaching LLC. Effective date: November 6th, 2026.

1. Acceptance and eligibility

By creating an account or using EquiHealth App on iOS, Android, or the web (app.equihealth.net), you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy at https://www.equihealth.net/privacy-policy.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live. If you use EquiHealth App for a business, such as a barn or training practice, you confirm that you have authority to accept these Terms on its behalf.

2. Your account

You are responsible for the information you give us, for keeping it accurate, and for keeping your sign-in details (your password and any one-time email codes) secure. Do not share your account with anyone else.

You are responsible for all activity under your account. Tell us promptly at notifications@equihealth.net if you think someone has used it without permission.

3. What EquiHealth App is and is not

EquiHealth App is a tool for keeping records about horses: health records, appointments, training logs, reminders, and related analytics. It is not veterinary advice, and it does not replace a veterinarian, farrier, or other qualified professional. In an emergency, contact your veterinarian right away.

Reminders and notifications depend on your device, its settings, and your network connection, so they can be delayed or may not arrive. Do not rely on EquiHealth alone for critical dates such as vaccinations, medication schedules, or Coggins expirations.

Analytics, trend indicators, and weather correlations are informational only. You are responsible for the accuracy of the records you enter.

4. Subscriptions and billing

EquiHealth App offers a Free plan and a paid Pro plan. Which features each plan includes is described on the Plans page in the app and on our website, and we may adjust plan features over time.

Pro subscriptions are purchased on our website and processed by Stripe. The iOS and Android apps do not sell subscriptions; they show the plan attached to your account. Prices are shown at checkout.

  • Renewal. Pro renews automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or annually, depending on the option you choose) until you cancel.
  • Cancellation. You can cancel at any time from your account's subscription settings. You keep Pro access until the end of the period you already paid for.
  • Refunds. Payments are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise.
  • Price changes. If we change the price, the new price applies from your next renewal, and we will tell you before it takes effect.
  • Failed payments. If a payment fails and is not resolved, your account may return to the Free plan.
  • When Pro ends. Your data stays in your account. Pro-only features, such as sharing training history with a coach, stop working until you resubscribe.

5. Your content and sharing

You own the content you put into EquiHealth App, including horse profiles, health records, photos, documents, training logs, and comments. You give Top Line Coaching LLC a limited license to host, store, process, and display that content only as needed to run EquiHealth for you and for the people you choose to share it with. We do not sell your content.

You confirm that you have the right to upload what you add, and that you will not upload other people's private information without their permission.

Share links. You can create a read-only link to a horse's records. You choose which categories it shows and, optionally, when it expires. Anyone who has the link can view those categories without an account until you revoke the link or it expires, so share it only with people you trust.

Uploaded files. Photos and documents you upload are stored with our storage provider and may be reachable by anyone who has the exact file address. Do not upload files containing highly sensitive personal information, such as government ID numbers or payment details.

Your data. You can export your records from the app, and you can delete your account at any time (see Section 9).

6. Coach and trainer features

Any EquiHealth user can act as a coach, a rider, or both. A coaching connection starts with an invitation and only takes effect when the other person accepts it.

Once connected, a coach can plan sessions on a rider's calendar. The rider can log or skip each session and add feedback, a performance rating, and perceived exertion.

A Pro rider can choose to share a horse's training history with a coach. Sharing is set per horse and per coach, covers that horse's training logs while it is on, and can be switched off at any time. It stops automatically if the rider's Pro subscription ends.

EquiHealth does not employ, supervise, or endorse coaches and is not a party to any coaching relationship. Coaching and riding carry a risk of injury to horse and rider, and any guidance you give or follow is your own responsibility. Coaches agree to use shared information only to coach the rider who shared it.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • use EquiHealth for anything unlawful or to harm, harass, or impersonate others, including through invitations, comments, or share links;
  • try to access accounts, data, or systems that are not yours, or probe, disrupt, or overload the service;
  • scrape, copy, or resell EquiHealth or its data, or reverse engineer it except where the law allows;
  • upload malware or content you do not have the right to share;
  • work around plan limits or other restrictions.

We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.

8. Third-party services

EquiHealth relies on outside providers for hosting, data storage, payments (Stripe), email delivery, push notifications, and weather data. Their terms apply to their services, and we are not responsible for their acts or outages.

If you download EquiHealth from the Apple App Store or Google Play, those stores' terms also apply. Apple and Google are not parties to these Terms and have no duty to provide support or maintenance for EquiHealth.

9. Termination and account deletion

You can stop using EquiHealth at any time and delete your account from within the app or website, or by emailing notifications@equihealth.net. Deleting your account removes your profile, records, and coaching connections, and we make reasonable efforts to remove the files you uploaded. Some information may remain briefly in backups or where we are legally required to keep it.

We may suspend or end your access if you break these Terms, if we must for security or legal reasons, or if we stop offering EquiHealth. Where practical, we will tell you first.

Sections that by their nature should continue after your account ends, including content ownership, disclaimers, limits of liability, and governing law, continue to apply.

10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

EquiHealth is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent the law allows, Top Line Coaching LLC disclaims all warranties, including that EquiHealth will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose. We are not responsible for the health or condition of any animal, for decisions you make using the app, or for missed or delayed reminders.

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim relating to EquiHealth is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or $75.

You agree to cover claims and costs arising from your misuse of EquiHealth or your breach of these Terms.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights or liability that cannot be limited by law, including mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live.

11. Changes, governing law, and contact

We may update these Terms. If a change is significant, we will notify you by email or in the app before it takes effect. If you keep using EquiHealth after the effective date, you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Lubbock County, Texas, unless the law of your home country gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere. If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect.
